HI! I’m Chris Christodoulou
I am a trainer in Boston.
Born and raised in Boston to amazing immigrant parents from Greece and Cyprus.
I love working out, muay thai, snowboarding, and going to concerts with my friends.
I have been a trainer since 2013. I’ve worked in various gym settings, from big corporate box gyms to boutique style, to people’s living rooms, home gyms, and virtually. I have a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science.
I am now focusing on the online training world.
I have worked with clients with various backgrounds, goals, and limitations. Everybody is different and every body is different. So training is catered to people’s individual needs. If you have a positive attitude and are willing to work hard I am confident we would be able to help each other.
I love helping people and am passionate about helping people through fitness. That is my mission.

I have been training with Chris for almost four years and can’t say enough good things about him! He is an amazing trainer and takes the intensity workouts to another level. His sessions are very challenging but extremely rewarding – which is something that I was looking for in my workouts. I truly have appreciated the results of my sessions with him.
