I started working with Chris a year ago with one goal in mind: to do a pull up. In the process, I lost over 10 pounds (while gaining 7 pounds of muscle!), decreased my body fat percentage by a third, and dropped two pant sizes. More importantly, I gained the confidence and healthy habits to maintain this momentum on my own. Chris took all of the uncertainty out of achieving my goals.
