Chris is a spectacular trainer. I have been working with Chris for 6 years. He guides me through a program of weight-lifting, exercises and stretching that we work on 3 days a week that has given me strength, balance and a strong feeling of physical well-being. The workouts he leads me through are varied and target different areas where I need to add strength. At various times he has guided me through exercises that have solved hip pain and knee pain and kept bone density loss at bay. We do a mixture of in person and remote work outs; being able to do remote workouts has allowed me to keep to a rigorous workout plan while travelling. He is extraordinarily reliable, accommodating of my work schedule and he is always on time. I can’t recommend Chris highly enough.
