I cannot recommend Chris more, and wish I could work out with him forever. I first went to Chris because I realized I needed to habitualize working out and taking care of myself before it gets too late. Never having worked out or played sports in my life, I needed a partner in crime.
Chris made it super easy to start incorporating physical activities in my day to day. Taking the “thinking” part out of working out, just following Chris’ direction was exactly what I needed. He made every session dynamic and fun.
There was not a single day I dreaded working out with Chris, which was a huge shift in my relationship with working out. 10/10!
